Victoria is the Business Operations Manager and the powerhouse of knowledge who ensures the smooth, collaborative running of our business across all three of our sites.
With over 20 years of dental experience, Victoria’s journey started as a passionate Dental Nurse. Through hard work and determination, she progressed into her current crucial leadership role. She is extremely well-versed in her career, specialising in compliance, and has been recognised as a leading voice in the field, having been featured twice in the Dentist Magazine. She even collaborates with QCS as a Dental Contributor on their compliance management system.
Victoria is friendly and hands-on, always available to support the wider team and guide us through business and compliance operations.
When she’s not overseeing the practices, she’s a busy mum to four lovely children.
